Order Processing

The items are normally shipped in 2-5 business days. Customers will be informed for any delays.

Forms of Payment

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB and derivatives of those brands

Also, we accept online checks from the customers with a U.S. personal or business bank account. Checks take 3-4 business days to clear.

The credit card and e-check purchases will be sold by 2Checkout.com, Inc. - Ohio, U.S.A. Products or services provided by Kanava Graphics. Your credit card will not be billed until the order has been shipped.

Shipping and Delivery Time

Registered Air Mail : Delivery time for items shipped by registered air mail is about 1 week for European countries, 2-3 weeks for North America, 3-4 weeks elsewhere. There may be delays in harsh winter conditions.

We can ship your items by UPS. We will need your zip7post code for exact shipping rates.

Customs Duties

Photographic prints, lithographs and postcards are duty free in most of the countries worldwide.

Return and Refund Policy

We work to provide you with the best quality service and offer a full money back guarantee. We will refund your account if you are not satisfied with the item(s). 

The item(s) should be returned in resalable condition.

Wrong, defective, or damaged items you have received will be replaced and We will pay for shipping charges for reshipments.

If you wish to order more than 5 copies of a same photograph, please order one copy and examine the quality and then order the rest. 

Orders of more than 5 copies of the same photograph will not be refunded.

Please keep in mind that "We do not sell a photograph that we would not buy".
