Sending your photographs

Digital
photographs can be uploaded to syorukel@gmail.com
|
|
|
|
High-resolution
photographs give better results.
Do not resize them using any photo
imaging software. This will not
increase the image quality and
will cause data and quality loss!

|
|
|
Please do
not prepay orders!
|
|
|
|
We
will check if the uploaded
photographs are suitable for
printing and inform you about
which photographs could be
printed.
|
|
|
|
You should pay
the total amount of your order
using the form at right side of
this page after you are
informed.

|
|
|
If your
photographs are not digitized and
you do not have good scanning
facilities, send them by registered
air mail or any courier
service to: |

Your digitally
printed photographs can not be
rescanned and printed due to loss
of quality. They must be prints
processed by the traditional
chemical "wet process"
method.

The custom
prints are normally shipped in
10 business days. Customers will be
informed for any delays.

Shipping and
Delivery Time
|
|
Registered
Air Mail : Delivery time for
photographs shipped by registered air
mail is about 1 week for
European countries, 2-3 weeks
for North America, 3-4 weeks
elsewhere. There may be delays
in harsh winter conditions. |

We can ship
your prints by UPS (United
Parcel Service). We
will need your zip/post code for
exact shipping rates and account
number if you have one. |

Refund
|
|
Custom
printing orders are
non-refundable. |

Your
photographs are shipped in
strong box-envelopes against
bending, wear and tear. |
